For those that like their electronic mail to feel more like traditional “snail” mail – Atmail 6.4.2 includes a ‘print’ button along with a re-purposed view of your email especially for printing to paper. While you could always use Atmail to print your email, it is now even easier. There are still many cases for printing your email; when your recruiting and need to sort through a bunch of resumes, when your heading into a meeting and the agenda has been sent around beforehand, when the email contains a map and directions – it’s easier to give your taxi drive a printed sheet rather than loading your email up on your personal phone to hand over. So while it may seem like a small detail, having the option there when you need it can’t be under-estimated.
