We are excited to announce the new Atmail Sync for Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2007

The new Outlook Add-in allows users of the Microsoft® Outlook® desktop email client to sync Contacts and Calendars with Atmail Server using open-standards.

Mobility
Like your email, your contacts and calendar are now available anywhere you can access your Atmail Server, while on the road, at the office or at home.

Up-to-date
With one shared copy of your contacts and planned events you no longer need to keep multiple devices up-to-date manually.

Backup
Your personal contacts and events not locked down to your personal computer alone, a second copy resides on your businesses Atmail Server and any other device you choose to sync your data with

Open-standards
The new Outlook sync utility uses the open-standard CalDAV (calendaring) and CardDAV (contacts) protocols to sync to the Atmail server. No more complicated proprietary protocols or vendor lock-in. Embracing open protocols!

Same as the previous comment, when will the version 6.6 be released? I hope really soon as all of our users are suffering due to the ineffectiveness of the Atmail Websync for the past couple of years. Once the error has been rectified, I guess it can be compared with Zimbra again or the consideration of moving our mail application to the latter will be put off.

Two questions:

1) Any chance this will eventually be available as an Outlook for Mac (2011 version) Plugin?

2) Available with version 6.6 –any hints as to when that will be?
